We are seeking a dynamic and motivated sales business executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities within the software services domain.   4. Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos tailored to clients’ requirements, demonstrating the value and benefits of our software services.
  5. Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  6. Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and expand market reach.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  8. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, ensuring a consistent flow of revenue.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Technical) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  10. Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our software service offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the software services industry.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of software services, IT solutions, or technology platforms.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong business development and sales closing skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to understand client challenges and propose appropriate software solutions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • CRM Knowledge: Experience with sales and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
